3. 保税区
马来西亚：只能由海关安排专车派送，将产生额外费用；
阿拉伯联合酋长国：对Jebel Ali Free Zone、Dubai Airport Free Zone等均须以有发件人抬头及盖章的原始发票随货，对10KG以上的包裹，将加收20AED（约RMB40）的费用购买提单证明后方可派送（阿联酋保税区无私人包裹派送服务）。
